Each tab handles a different stage of the process - from request to delivery.
A list of all ordered materials. Each order has a title, description, category, store, invoice number, unit price and quantity. Status pipeline: ordered -> purchased -> ready. Change the status with one click from the submenu.
Staff report what needs to be bought. Title, description, location. Statuses: pending -> approved or rejected. Approve and reject directly from the dropdown menu.
Assign an order to a recipient with any role in the school. Assign a courier (staff member) to deliver it. Search people by name with role filters. Pipeline: assigned -> in transit -> delivered.

Assign an order to a recipient. Appoint a courier (school staff member). Pipeline: assigned -> in transit -> delivered.
The recipient can have any role (student, parent, teacher...). Role filters, search by name, min. 2 characters.
Donut chart of statuses (orders, requests, handovers). Area chart over time. Bar chart of categories and most frequent stores.
For every order: store/supplier, invoice number, unit price and quantity. Data visible in the list.
Orders and requests can be assigned to a school location. Visible in the list as an icon.
