Three archival methods

Archive group

Dialog with question - two options:

Group only (students stay)

  • Group archived
  • Students removed, stay active
  • Lessons and group data hidden

Archive with students

  • Group + all students archived
  • Parents without active children - also archived
  • Parents with other children - stay active
Archive student

System checks linked parents:

Parent in archive

Marek Kowalski - has no other active students

Student onlyArchive with parent

Parent Ewa Nowak is already active - has other children

Archive parent

Similarly - system checks students:

Student in archive

Anna Kowalska - has no other active parents

Three ways to restore from archive

From archive page
  • Click “Restore” on individual element
  • Select multiple with checkbox and “Restore selected”
  • For groups - dialog: group only or with students
  • Search per tab (groups, students, parents)
From add dialog

In “Add student/parent” there is a “From archive” tab:

Instead of creating new account - restore existing from archive. System will show linked parent and ask to restore together.

Type min. 2 characters · Search by first name, last name or email

What gets hidden

Archiving hides, doesn't delete

Group disappears from groups list, schedule and lessons
Lessons, grades, notes and attendance linked to group are hidden
Student disappears from student list, groups and all views
Parent disappears from parent list
Financial data (enrollments, installments) remain but not visible
Archived users cannot log in to the system
Archived account does not appear in school picker at login
Other accounts with the same email in other schools - work normally

Features

Everything the archive offers

Soft-delete with archivedAt

Timestamp instead of deleting. null = aktywny, data = zarchiwizowany. Odwracalne w każdej chwili.

Archive group with students

Dialog z dwoma opcjami: sama grupa (wypisz uczniów) lub z uczniami (+ rodzice bez aktywnych dzieci auto-archiwizowani).

Parent-student relations

System sprawdza czy rodzic/uczeń ma inne aktywne powiązania. Proponuje archiwizację razem lub informuje że już aktywny.

Restore with options

Groupsy: samą grupę lub z uczniami. Uczniowie/rodzice: z powiązanymi lub bez. Bulk restore checkboxem.

From Archive tab

W dialogu Dodaj ucznia/rodzica - trzecia zakładka. Szukaj po 2+ znakach. Widoczne info o rodzicu/uczniu i jego status.

Wyszukiwarka per tab

Osobna wyszukiwarka w każdej zakładce (groups, uczniowie, rodzice). Szukaj po nazwie, emailu, nauczycielu.

Blokada logowania

Archived users cannot log in. Nie pojawiają się w pickerze szkół. Inne tenants - działają normalnie.

Przycisk z dokumentacją: co się ukrywa, jak archiwizować, jak przywracać, kiedy archiwizować, ważne informacje.

Relations column

W tabeli uczniów - kolumna RODZIC z imieniem. W tabeli rodziców - kolumna UCZEŃ. Widać kto z kim powiązany.
