fire-gem is a software house from Poland. We build websites and web applications, run our own server infrastructure and give businesses IT support: from office cabling to an external IT department.

Cerium is our product, developed and maintained by the same team. We don't run a single school and hold no stakes in education chains, so your school's data never ends up with your competitors.

Questions about fire-gem

Who we are, who owns the school's data and how we price.

Does fire-gem run schools?

No. We are a software house: we build technology and leave running schools to our clients. We have no stakes, partnerships or ties with chains of language schools, music schools or tutoring.

Who owns my school's data?

The school. fire-gem is Cerium's technical operator, and the school remains the owner of its data. We process it in line with the GDPR.

Do I have to buy other services to use Cerium?

No. Cerium works on its own and has its own pricing. fire-gem services are an extra for schools that want their website, IT and system with one partner.

How much do the services cost for a Cerium client?

We quote them individually, after talking through the school's needs. A Cerium client gets a lower rate than the standard fire-gem price list, and the more areas we cover, the lower it goes.

Where do you provide services?

Websites, online stores, SEO, Google Ads and hosting don't need us on site. Work in the building, meaning networks, low-voltage systems and facility maintenance, covers Warsaw and the surrounding area. The helpdesk also works remotely.

Will you build a website connected to Cerium?

Yes. We connect the enquiry form on the school's website to the CRM pipeline with an API key, so the submission lands in Cerium straight away. It also works with a website built by someone else: the school issues the key in the CRM module.
