Who it is for: Sports club

Cerium for sports clubs

Software for sports clubs and academies, from trial sign-up to the end-of-season diploma: age groups, venue schedule, attendance, fees and a parent account in one place.

One athlete, from sign-up to diploma

This is an athlete’s path through the club. Each step is a module that hands its data to the next, so nobody retypes anything.

  1. Sign-up in the CRM

A parent fills in the sign-up form from a link or a QR code on the trial poster, and the enquiry lands in the pipeline with a stage, an owner and a next step.

    CRM
  2. Athlete and parent

A won enquiry creates the athlete in one dialog. The parent gets their own guardian account, and one account covers siblings too.

    Guardians
  3. Training group

A group carries its discipline and age band in its name and tag, for example “football U-10”, has several coaches on staff and a roster. An athlete can be in several groups at once.

    Groups
  4. Sessions in the Schedule

A series creates sessions for the whole season, with a venue and a length for each weekday, and skips the club’s days off on its own.

    Schedule
  5. Register

The coach marks attendance, enters the session topic and, when needed, a note for the parent.

    Journal
  6. Progress

The club names its own grade categories, for example fitness, technique and commitment, and grades add up to averages per category.

    Journal
  7. Fee

A monthly plan is set up for the whole group in one save. The parent pays by link or by a card charged automatically, and reminders go out by email.

    Finance
  8. Equipment

A kit or a ball handed to an athlete is tracked in Rentals with a quantity and comes back with a condition: returned, damaged or lost.

    Rentals
  9. Athlete report

A frozen summary of attendance and grades with the coach’s comment, sent as a link to the athlete and the parents.

    Students
  10. Diploma

At the end of the season the whole group gets diplomas from one template, numbered in sequence for the year, with a link to print.

A coach’s day

A coach works in the gym, not at a desk. Everything they do around a session fits on a phone, between one group and the next.

  1. You open the Dashboard

The day’s sessions are listed in order, with venue and group.

  2. You open the group

One tap opens the session in the register, with the group’s roster.

  3. You mark attendance

From the menu next to each athlete, lateness straight away with minutes, and a short note on any status.

  4. Session topic

You note what the group worked on, for example passing and receiving.

  5. A note for the parent

The note goes to the guardian, not the child, when the athlete has a parent with an account.

  6. The parent knows

They see it in their account and get one digest notification, not an email after every click.

The panel runs in the phone’s browser and is designed from a width of 390 px. An App Store and Google Play app with push notifications is in preparation.

Private sessions, camps and coach pay

A one-to-one session lives in the same schedule and register as the group. Next to it, what the club does outside a normal week.

Athletes book themselves beta

The coach enters a weekly window, and the athlete or parent picks a free slot. The booking is a session in the schedule and register right away.

Bookings

Cancellation with one rule beta

Before a set number of hours the session disappears. After that it stays as “cancelled late”, and the athlete sees this before clicking.

Bookings

Make-up and extra sessions

Make-up and extra sessions sit next to the series, and a new series does not overwrite them.

Groups

Cover

Another coach takes over a single session for the day and sees the group only in a window around the cover.

Schedule

Camp sign-ups

A survey without an account, behind a link and a QR code, collects camp sign-ups or parent feedback, and the system counts the results.

Surveys

Coach pay

The monthly amount is calculated from sessions held, at the rates in the coach’s contract.

Settlements

Passes and entry bundles (for example ten sessions to use) are not available today. Fees are paid by a monthly plan, instalments, a one-off charge or per the group’s sessions in a given month.

Who sees what

One school, four points of view. The server enforces the boundary on every save, not a hidden button in the menu.

Questions we hear most often

Short answers, no overpromising. What is missing is listed alongside.

What Cerium does not do here
  • This is not a register for public schools: Librus and Vulcan do what the ministry requires. For a private primary school there is a separate plan with the Classes module (pilot).
  • Passes and entry bundles are not available today.
  • The system does not yet detect two groups on the same venue.

Yes. A monthly plan can be set up for one athlete, a selection or the whole group in one save. Instalments are created right away, and their due dates and amounts can be adjusted before saving.

Yes, through Stripe on the club’s own account: a payment link for chosen instalments or a card saved for automatic charges. Due-date and overdue reminders go out by email, and the invoice is issued by an accounting program through KSeF.

Yes. The panel runs in the phone’s browser and is designed from a width of 390 px: attendance, topic and notes fit on one screen. An app in the stores is in preparation.

Yes. Venues are entered as rooms in Settings and assigned to a location, and the Schedule shows sessions by room, by coach or as a calendar. The system does not yet detect two groups booked on the same venue.

No. Passes and entry bundles are not available today. Fees are paid by a monthly plan, instalments, a one-off charge or “per session”, that is, by the group’s sessions in a given month.

With a public sign-up form behind its own link and QR code, for a poster or Facebook. Enquiries land in the CRM pipeline with a stage and a next step, and a won one creates the athlete in one dialog.
