Students book themselves beta
The teacher sets a weekly window, and the student or parent picks a free slot. The booking becomes a lesson in the schedule and register straight away.
BookingsSoftware for a private language school, from the first enquiry to the certificate: placement test, levelled groups, course syllabus, class register, payments and reports for parents in one place.
This is how a student moves through the school. Each step is a module that hands its data to the next, so nobody retypes anything.
A parent writes through the form on your website or from Facebook, and the enquiry lands in the pipeline with a stage, an owner and a next step.
The candidate takes the test from a link, without an account. The result freezes the level, and the enquiry gets the note “Placement test: 72 %, B1”.
Every group has a level from A1 to C2, a subject and teachers, so the student lands where the result fits.
The group follows a syllabus: a coursebook, units in order and “where we are” worked out from the lessons already taught.
A series creates lessons for the whole term, with rooms, cover teachers and days off that it skips on its own.
The teacher takes attendance, enters the topic and the syllabus unit, and sets homework with a material attached.
The student does exercises and reviews vocabulary at intervals set for them, and grades add up to averages per category.
An instalment plan, a payment link or a card charged automatically, and the invoice goes to KSeF through your accounting software.
A frozen snapshot of attendance, grades and homework with the teacher’s comment, sent as a link to the student and guardians.
At the end of the course the whole group gets diplomas from one template, with a number that runs through the year and a link to print.
Teachers do not sit at a desk. Everything they do around a lesson fits on a phone, between one room and the next.
Today’s lessons are listed in order, with the room, the mode and the group.
One tap opens the lesson in the register, with the group’s students.
From the menu next to each student, with lateness recorded in minutes.
You enter the topic and pick the syllabus unit the lesson covered.
A task with a due date and a material from E-learning or a link.
They see it in their own view and get one combined notification, not an email after every click.
The panel works in the phone’s browser and is designed from a 390 px width up. An App Store and Google Play app with push notifications is in preparation.
Seven things a generic class system lacks, because it does not know a language is being taught.
The level is a field on every group, from A1 to C2, not part of the name, so you can filter and plan by it.

Module: Placement testA coursebook split into units, one syllabus per group and progress worked out from lessons taught.
Module: Course programmeWord sets for the group and reviews at intervals calculated separately for each student.
Module: VocabularyEleven task types marked against a key, and one click puts the result in the register.

Module: StudentsA course completion diploma for the whole group at once, with the level, a number and a link.
Module: CertificatesA one-to-one lesson lives in the same schedule and register as a group. There is no second calendar to keep in sync.
The teacher sets a weekly window, and the student or parent picks a free slot. The booking becomes a lesson in the schedule and register straight away.
BookingsBefore a set number of hours the lesson disappears. After that it stays as “cancelled late” and counts towards the instalment, and the student sees this before clicking.
BookingsMake-up and extra lessons sit next to the series, and a new series does not overwrite them.
GroupsAnother teacher takes over a single lesson for the day and sees the group only around that cover date.
ScheduleA “per lesson” plan calculates the instalment from the rate and the month’s lessons, and the teacher’s payroll uses the same lessons taught.
SettlementsLesson packages with an expiry date (for example ten lessons within three months) are not available today. Payment is by instalment plan or per lesson taught.
One school, four points of view. The server enforces the boundary on every save, not a hidden button in the menu.
| Role | Sees | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Management | The whole school: finance, groups, staff, reports, limits and every message thread. | Payment plans, teacher assignments, syllabuses, report and certificate templates, school settings. |
| Teacher | Their own groups and lessons, those students, syllabuses and materials, and a covered group only around the cover date. | Attendance, topics, grades, homework and materials, but only in their own lessons. |
| Student | Their weekly plan, own register, homework, exercises, vocabulary, materials and payments if they have no guardian. | Does exercises, reviews vocabulary, books a one-to-one lesson and pays online. |
| Guardian | Each child separately: attendance, grades, remarks, payments, reports and contracts. | Pays with the “Pay” button, books lessons for the child and writes to management, reception and teachers. |
The “no” list is here on purpose: better to know before the demo than after the rollout.
Short answers, no overpromising. What is missing is listed alongside.
Yes. A level from A1 to C2 is a field on every group, not part of its name, so you can filter by it. The placement test turns a percentage score into a level using the school’s thresholds.
Yes. The candidate takes it from a public link without creating an account. The score and level freeze when it is submitted, and an enquiry with a note about the result appears in the pipeline.
Yes. A syllabus is a coursebook split into ordered units and assigned to a group. The teacher marks the unit at each lesson, and “where we are” comes from the last lesson taught, so a cover teacher sees the same thing.
The school sets how many hours before a lesson a cancellation is free. Before that the lesson disappears from the schedule; after that it stays as “cancelled late” and counts towards payment. The student sees what will happen before clicking.
Yes. The panel works in the phone’s browser and is designed from a 390 px width up: attendance, topic, grades and homework fit on one screen.
Not in the stores yet. An App Store and Google Play app with push notifications is in preparation; until then the whole panel works in the phone’s browser.
