Owner and methodologist
School settings, modules, the team and money.
- How do I switch off a module we don't use?
- Where do I set the grading scale?
- How do I add a branch and rooms?
A chat in the bottom-right corner of the panel. Ask in your own words how to do something and get steps with button names exactly as on screen, plus a link to the right screen. The window doesn't cover your work: read a step and click right beside it.
Every question goes through the same four steps, in this order. The first two don't use an AI model at all, so the answer is instant and doesn't count towards the limit.
Plain word search. It copes with inflection, typing without Polish characters, a few synonyms and module names from the menu.
When the match is certain and clearly ahead of the rest, you get the ready guide straight away. Applies to questions in Polish.
When you put it your own way, like "a link where people type their name and it lands with me", the model gets only the list of guide titles and points to at most three that fit.
It turns the chosen guides into a short answer to your question. A link that wasn't in the guides loses its address, so you never land on a made-up screen.
When no guide fits, the assistant says it doesn't have that and links to Support. It doesn't fill the gap from memory.
The assistant is for the school team. It knows who is asking, so it doesn't lead anyone to a screen they can't open.
School settings, modules, the team and money.
Students, payments, the cash register, enquiries.
Journal, attendance, grades and homework.
Students and guardians don't get the assistant: the guides describe the school team's work.
The assistant doesn't read the school's database and changes nothing in it. The AI model gets only what it needs to point to the right steps.
Your question goes to the model as you type it, so leave out names and student details. The model provider is on the subprocessors list. Subprocessors list
The limit only covers answers written by the model. A direct guide and "I don't have that" never count.
When the pool runs out, the assistant doesn't go quiet: it shows a ready guide your role can follow. The school's usage is visible in the panel on the Limits screen.
What to check before your school starts using it.
No. The model gets only the question, the asker's role, the screen address, the last few messages of the conversation and the matched guides. Students, amounts and names from the database stay in Cerium.
No. The conversation history lives in the browser tab and is gone after a refresh, and the model provider gets the request with storage turned off. We only keep a counter of answers for the limit.
From guides written in the Cerium repository: one guide is one task. Button names come from the same dictionary as the screen, and a screen change ships together with the guide fix. What isn't in the guides, the assistant doesn't know, and it points you to Support.
The assistant keeps answering with ready guides, just without writing the answer in its own words. A person's pool renews the next day, the school's with the new month.
The school team: owner, methodologist, reception and teachers. When someone asks about a task outside their role or module, they hear it plainly. Students and guardians don't get the assistant.
Polish or English, in the panel language of the person asking. You can ask in either.
No. It shows the steps and you click. The window doesn't cover the screen, so you read a step and do it right away in the panel beside it.
Report comments, whiteboard lessons and exercises, the Assistant. All within the school's AI budget.
What isn't in the guides, you report to us from the panel. The assistant links there itself when it doesn't know the answer.
The assistant knows the guides for every one of them, from the Journal to Finance.
