AI drafts, builds and helps. The teacher decides.
AI works in three places in the panel: it drafts student report comments, builds lessons and exercises on the whiteboard, and the Assistant explains how to do things. Everything counts against one school AI budget.
Three places where teachers win back time
Each place has its own limits: what goes to the model, how many calls a day and who can switch it on. Report details are below; the whiteboard and the Assistant have their own pages.
What reaches the model, and what never leaves the school
The model provider gets one message about one student, built only from the items on this list. The list is closed in code and guarded by a test, and the school owner can see it in Settings.
Goes out, pseudonymised
- Report language and period (two dates)
- Group level and subject, without the group name
- Attendance as numbers: lessons, present, late, absent
- Grades: count, weighted average and averages by category; final grades
- Homework: set, handed in, missing - without task titles
- Up to 20 latest teacher notes, with names replaced by placeholders
- AI memory: school guidelines, hints, teacher style and model comment, also without names
Never goes out
- Names of the student, guardians and teachers
- School and group names
- Emails, phone numbers and home address
- National ID, document numbers and date of birth
- Grade and task titles, attendance notes
- Other students' data: the model has no access and no tools
The request is sent with response storage switched off on the provider's side. store: false
What pseudonymisation will not catch
We say it plainly, because these end up in notes: nicknames from a different root (Kate for Catherine), names of people outside the school, misspellings, and descriptions that point to a student without a name. It is best to write notes the way you would write to a parent.
Say it once, AI remembers it in every comment
The school and the teacher write down what they expect once, and AI uses it in every draft: in the report window, in a batch from Prepare, in automatic rules and in the group report. When layers disagree, the higher one wins.
-
Facts from the journal
alwaysNumbers and notes from the report period. No layer below can change them.
-
School guidelines
management, up to 1000 charactersHow the school talks to parents: length, tone, what to always mention.
60-120 words, address the parent, end with one concrete tip.
-
Batch hints
one batch or rule, up to 500 charactersOne-off, on top of what AI remembers: end of term, an exam, a new coursebook.
Sum up progress in speaking and mention the exam in June.
-
Teacher style
the teacher only, up to 600 charactersAn instruction kept with their account at this school. Every draft for a group is written in its teacher's voice.
Short and warm, a strength first, then one thing to work on.
-
Model comment and recent comments
model up to 1500 characters, up to 5 sentThey set tone and length, never facts or numbers. The teacher can switch off learning from sent comments.
Draft, queue, approval
AI never sends anything on its own. It writes a draft, and what happens next depends on the mode the school chose.
Draft
"Write with AI" in the report window, or comments for a whole batch from Prepare and from the queue. A batch is written in the background and skips reports that already have a comment.
Teacher queue
The teacher reads the draft, edits the words and approves. The system records whether AI wrote the comment and whether someone edited it.
- optional
Management review
Optional: in review mode the report also goes to management, and the letter to the parent goes out after their approval.
Sent
A letter to the student and guardians with a link to the report. From now on its content and comment are frozen.
Automatic mode
To readA schedule rule can issue reports with an AI comment without anyone reading them. Only the owner can switch this on, in a confirmation window. A comment from which the filter removed an address or a number, or which states a number not found in the student's data, does not go out: it stays in the teacher's queue to read.
On from day one, with the off switch in the owner's hands
The owner's switch
The owner switches AI comments off in Settings. Switching off also stops a batch that is being written, at its next draft. The list "What goes to the AI provider" is always available there.
Share of the budget
Each school has its own share of the platform's AI budget, so no one can use it up for others. The panel assistant and comments count together.
What counts towards the limit
Every model call in the month, including "Try on one student". A refusal on the provider's side takes no place in the limit.
The details nobody asks about during a demo
The things that only surface in the third week of working with the module.
- The school does not choose the model or provider.
- The draft appears in full, without live typing.
- The model does not know the student's gender.
- An AI comment counts towards the plan limit, trial ones too.
The model gets the same numbers that are on the report sheet, and fixed rules tell it to take facts only from them. The teacher's model comment and examples set only tone and length. The teacher reads the draft, and in automatic mode a comment with a number not found in the student's data stays in the queue to read.
OpenAI, listed among our subprocessors. The school does not choose the model or a second provider. Only the data from the list above goes to the model, pseudonymised.
Yes. AI comments are on from the start, and the school owner switches them off in Settings. A school that switched them off once keeps its choice.
No. Comments for selected reports skip those that already have one. A comment is replaced only by "Write with AI" clicked by the teacher on a specific draft.
Polish or English: the language of the account of the person asking for the draft. In automatic rules, the language of the group's teacher.
The model writes about the student using a placeholder, and we put the name in only after the answer: the first word of the student record. The model does not know the student's gender, so it writes impersonally or with the name.
