The pricing ladder
The amount for one lesson walks down the rungs: the contract price list by duration and group size, then the base rate. Every rung returns its own reason.
To answer what somebody is owed for September, the terms have to be written down first. Contracts are that first half: a register of who works here, on what and until when.
The amount for one lesson walks down the rungs: the contract price list by duration and group size, then the base rate. Every rung returns its own reason.
A rate per hour means 45 minutes in one school and 60 in another, and that is the most common pay dispute there is. The field settles it at signing, not later.
Draft, active, suspended, ended, terminated - and a lesson is priced by one of them. A state never flips itself on a date: working without papers has to stay visible.
Travel, cleaning, whatever else - each with a unit: per lesson, per day, per month or once. A contract takes the catalog amount or one of its own.
Tax numbers, address and bank account sit on the contract inside this school, not on the global account - so another school has no way of seeing them.
A module is a permission, and which records may be touched is settled on write, not in the menu.
| Role | Sees | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Every contract in the school, with the ID number, address and bank account. | Terms, the contract price list, allowances, state, note and the printed sheet. |
| Methodologist | Nothing until the owner grants the module; after that, the whole list. | Once granted, as much as the owner. The screen never arrives with the role. |
| Teacher | Their own contract, by a separate route, and only if the school allows it. | Nothing. Someone else's rate is not visible anywhere in the panel. |
| Student | No access to this screen. | Nothing. |
The things that only surface in the third week of working with the module.
There is no such route. Contracts are seen by the owner, and by the methodologist only once the module is granted - the same goes for Price lists and Settlements, because all three carry the rates of the whole team. A teacher reads their own contract by a separate route that asks only about themselves, and only if the owner switched it on in Settings. Switched off, it returns an empty list.
It is created in the same transaction as the person in Team, and it is empty: no kind, no date, no rate, in the “Draft” state, with the hour set to 60 minutes. The list has no “New contract” button, because “a person without a contract” and “a contract without a person” are two states nobody orders. The next one, an annex, is added from the open contract window.
By an annex: a new contract is created and the previous one gets the “Ended” state. There is no field-by-field change log, and that is a decision - paper is not corrected either, it is signed again. The old one has to be closed, because two per-lesson contracts in force on the same day produce a REFUSAL to price rather than a choice: the system would rather say “decide this by hand” than guess.
The state does not flip by itself once the date passes, because work without paper should be visible, not quietly tidied away. The “Need attention” track gathers three cases: a contract past its end that is still in force, a contract in force for someone no longer in the team, and one ending within thirty days. The footer counts all rows, not the visible ones, and the same matters land on the Dashboard.
It walks down six rungs: which contract pays, a flat monthly fee, a price row matched to the minute, a broader row, an hourly rate scaled to the lesson, and a per-lesson rate outright. Every rung hands back a reason with the amount, like “price list: 45 min, 4-6 people”, because in a month somebody will ask why. A lesson with no contract, or with two matching ones, leaves here as an item to decide, not a zero.
At one hundred zloty per clock hour it is 75.00, and a fifty-minute lesson 83.33: the system scales it and rounds to the grosz, halves going up. When the agreed hour is 45 minutes, the same lesson pays the full 100.00. That is why the length of an hour is a field on the contract rather than a guess, and it can be set anywhere from five minutes to two hundred and forty.
A ready sheet at its own address: both parties side by side, the term and the pay, the lesson hour, the price list, the allowances and two places to sign. It is a page, not a file - the PDF is made by the browser, exactly as when printing a cash document. And it is no document with placeholders in the text: those belong to Student contracts, while here the sheet is a printout of the contract's own data.
No. The contract says how much is owed and on what basis; how much is owed for September is counted by Settlements, which puts every lesson of the month through the same ladder and adds the flat fee and the allowances. Transfers, deductions, contributions and tax exist nowhere in the system. Finance is the other side of the wall: money coming in from students, another screen and another permission.
