The school's questions, ready to start
A new survey comes with a ready set of questions to adjust. Scale 1 to 5, single choice, multiple choice or own words, up to twenty questions.
The school knows what the methodologist sees during an observation, but learns what parents think from cancellations. Staff evaluation asks earlier: the survey appears to parents after login and the result comes back teacher by teacher, without names.
A new survey comes with a ready set of questions to adjust. Scale 1 to 5, single choice, multiple choice or own words, up to twenty questions.
The survey does not wait in an inbox. It appears to the parent or student when they open the panel or the app. Later postpones it to the next login, after the deadline it disappears.
A question is about a child and teacher pair, so a parent rates each of their child's teachers separately. Two parents of one child answer once.
An answer carries no person and no time, even in the database. Numbers about a teacher show from five responses, so in a small group nobody can guess who wrote what.
The result belongs to the school until it clicks Share with the teacher. Answers in own words are a separate consent, because a sentence can be recognisable.
A module is a permission, and which records may be touched is settled on write, not in the menu.
| Role | Sees | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | All surveys and the result of every teacher, methodologists included. | Everything: builds, sends, closes, shares and deletes. |
| Methodologist | Surveys and the team's results, except the result about themselves until someone shares it. | The same as the owner, except sharing a result with themselves. |
| Teacher | My feedback: only results about themselves, and only shared ones. | Nothing. Does not build surveys and will not see others' results. |
| Parent and student | The survey window after login, pair by pair. They do not see results. | Their own answer, once per child and teacher pair. |
The things that only surface in the third week of working with the module.
The student's parent who has a panel account. A student answers alone only when none of their guardians has an account, and the result shows what share of votes came from student accounts. The school asks the whole school, selected groups or students of selected teachers.
No, and neither will the school. An answer is stored without a person, without a time and without a link to the invitation, so the information is not even in the database. Numbers about a teacher show only from five responses.
They click Later and carry on. The window returns at the next login and keeps returning until the survey deadline, after which it disappears. The panel never locks.
Twice, because these are two different opinions about two different lessons. Two parents of one child answer once: the first answer closes the pair and the window disappears for the other parent.
When the school clicks Share with the teacher and confirms in a window what the teacher will see. They then get a notification in the panel. Open answers are shared with a separate tick, and sharing can be withdrawn.
No. Results compare only when everyone answered the same thing, so questions lock on sending. The deadline can move at any time, and the survey can close early.
No. A public school evaluates teachers under the Teachers' Charter, and a survey should not pretend to be that evaluation. In the primary school profile the module is hidden.
5 surveys in progress on the Pro plan and 20 on the School plan. Drafts and open surveys count, a closed one frees the room and keeps its results.
