01How much does Cerium cost?
The Pro plan costs 170 PLN net/month (up to 100 students and 10 teachers), the Szkoła plan 370 PLN net/month (up to 300 students, 30 teachers and 3 locations), and Enterprise is priced individually. Every plan includes all 20 modules - no paid add-ons. Right now the first six months are free.
02Are all modules included, or do I pay extra for features?
All 20 modules - payments, e-learning, live whiteboard, CRM, HR, scheduling - are included in every plan. There are no paid add-ons and no premium tier. You pay for the size of your school, not for features.
03Does Cerium handle teacher payroll and tutor salaries?
Yes. The HR module counts teachers' working hours automatically based on the lessons they ran, tracks rates and prepares payout settlements. No more manual hour-counting at the end of the month.
04Does the system send SMS and email reminders?
Yes. Cerium automatically sends payment reminders and email notifications, as well as SMS reminders - parents get notified before an installment becomes overdue.
05Is there a class schedule and room planner?
Yes. The Planning module is a class schedule laid out like a spreadsheet: rooms in columns, hours in rows, groups dragged with the mouse. The system detects room and teacher conflicts, and you import the finished plan into the system with one click.
06Does Cerium support multiple locations?
Yes. The Szkoła plan supports up to 3 locations in one system, Enterprise - unlimited. Each location has its own rooms and schedule, and you see everything in one panel.
07Can I migrate data from another system (ActiveNow, LangLion, Excel)?
Yes. We import students, groups and payment history from CSV files exported from your current system - ActiveNow, LangLion, Excel or Google Sheets. We help with the migration; most schools are up and running in less than a day.
08What kinds of schools is Cerium for?
Private schools and education centers: language schools, tutoring centers, music and art schools, dance studios, sports schools and driving schools. Cerium is not a gradebook for public schools in the state education system - Librus or Vulcan are the standard there.
